All Sales Final

Due to the handmade and artisanal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nusaweave.indonesia@gmail.com with a photo of the item. We will review on a case-by-case basis.

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order is already being processed and cannot be cancelled.

Shipping
All orders ship from Bali, Indonesia. Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days depending on your location.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.
